Customers

  • Name, email, phone number

  • Company contact details and customer’s role

  • Status of customer relationship and contracts

  • Newsletter subscription status

Personal data is processed during the contractual relationship and retained afterward for the purpose of handling complaints or correction requests. We do not store or collect personal histories; only up-to-date information about the client’s personnel is processed, except for order-related data that is relevant (e.g. if the person placed an order or signed a contract).

Job Applicants

  • Name, contact details

  • CV, application, and additional information provided during the recruitment process

  • Communication with the applicant

  • Process flow, outcome, and related correspondence

Data is stored for four years from the last contact with the applicant.

Obsolete personal data is regularly deleted from our systems.

Data is primarily collected directly from the data subject or during the customer relationship. It may also be provided by the organization the data subject represents.

We may collect data from third parties, such as:

  • To verify customer creditworthiness (e.g. Suomen Asiakastieto)

  • To verify signing authority (e.g. trade register)

Data is not combined with other registers or shared with third parties unless required for service delivery or by law.

All data containing personal information and backups are stored within the EU.

Collected data from website visitors includes:

  • IP address (e.g. organization name, country, city or region of the connection)
