You are a true professional. You do your work carefully, comprehensively and with commitment. You want to develop the company’s operations and get others involved. In a small company, and especially in a transformation of operating methods, this is a really necessary and valuable trait. You bring your own professional approach and enthusiasm to the entire team, and it also rubs off on others. You have very quick wits and can grasp things from the first word. If there is something you want more information about, you actively ask for it right away and don’t keep guessing. You also want to do high-quality and well-functioning work technically, although on the other hand you can also recognize places where even less is enough or where you can progress in stages. I can’t find anything to complain about Paavo’s work, only praise. Paavo has done a tremendous amount of research to ensure that our code can work better now and in the future. Without Paavo’s hard work, we wouldn’t have so much data to make future decisions based on.

Nikolai’s experience in the PSD2 topic area is amazing and he has taken on a broader range of tasks on his own initiative than could have been expected and brings forward his own good views based on experience in scrum meetings.

A perfect choice. Timo immediately found his place in the team. He works with a good “anything goes” attitude, in the Lean/Agile spirit, i.e. exactly how an experimental team should work. The result is production-ready quality or quick tweaks, whatever the situation requires. Self-motivated, meaning that if there are sometimes quieter moments, he looks for and finds work that prepares for future work.

It’s hard to give anything but praise. The level has remained as high as when started. Positive and forward-looking attitude: everything can be achieved if you want to. Customer/user-centricity is an added plus. I would like this from other coders as well.

Vihtori is an extremely pleasant person to work with. He is a self-starter, an excellent developer and always thinks in the best interests of our company. A nice guy and you can always count on him to get the job done right. Decoupling is a good example: in practice, Sami coded a new navigation and very versatile login logic in 2.5 months. At the same time, he cleaned up everything unnecessary from the legacy.
